Quiche with ham and Swiss cheese

To even further lessen the extra fat and cholesterol in this recipe, use 1/2 cup egg substitute instead of the 1 egg and 2 egg whites.

  1. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  2. 8 ounces chopped mushrooms
  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 egg whites
  5. 1/2 cup extra fat-cost-free bitter product
  6. three ounces lean ham, chopped (about 1 1/4 cups)
  7. six ounces shredded small-extra fat Swiss cheese

Directions

Warmth the oven to 350 F.

Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook about medium heat until finally tender.
