National Library of Drugs Director, Patricia Flatley Brennan, RN, PhD, has named Dianne Babski as Acting Associate Director, Division of Library Functions (LO) at the National Library of Drugs (NLM) powerful March 1, 2020.
As Acting Associate Director of LO, Ms. Babski is dependable for the price range, services, administration, and total administration of one of NLM’s premier divisions. She is dependable for far more than 450 staff who deliver wellness details solutions to a world audience of wellness treatment industry experts, researchers, directors, college students, historians, patients, and the public. In her acting function, Ms. Babski oversees a nationwide network of more than 8,000 tutorial wellness science libraries, hospital and public libraries, and neighborhood organizations to improve access to wellness details. Ms. Babski has served as the Deputy Associate Director for LO since April 2013. As Deputy, she led the inaugural 12 months for the Information Science @NLM Teaching Plan for NLM staff, served as acting head of the Coordinating Office environment of the National Network of Libraries of Drugs, and Acting Head of the National Facts Heart on Well being Products and services Study & Well being Treatment Technologies.

She has a BS in Biology and Biochemistry and MIM from the University of Maryland, Higher education Park.
